Delivery Times
All orders are processed by the end of the next working day (monday – friday) and are normally delivered between 7-10 working days but please allow up to 28 days due to possible postal delays.
Returns Policy
Before returning your bright eyes drops, you should contact us at info @ ania.org.uk to receive your unique returns number
Returned items without a returns number will NOT BE PROCESSED.
When returning products, please ensure that you include your name and address.
Postage costs made by you for returning faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded to you in full.
Postage costs for any other returns back to us, other than faulty goods, are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty &/or damaged goods.
If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will make a full 100% refund to you.
